Hey all!
Wow, this has been quite some time since I've been here. Grease in the first term took all my time and now we moved into a new house still haven't got internet, not even a phone line.... sheesh.
But I'm surviving, hehe. Got a lot new deviations that I wan't to add, but that must wait until I get proper internet.
Here is a poem I wrote, about how when the rain comes it cleanses everything:
REBORN
Droplets skitterd over the eaves
as the tink-a-tink dopplered into the distance.
Clarity rolled over the struggling leaves
while the cleansing continued and made the soil mince.
Although gloomy clouds and thundering roars
brought a grey depression,
it echoes with our mourns
and ends with a surprising confession.
The sweet sour smell of seen rain
and birds re-emerging to continue follies
and earthworms climbing back into earth's weathered mane
we reborn, like a new born, under a new leash.
A leash that once was only equidistant
from you heart and eyes and perceiving imagination
that missed that your sensing life had been dirtied.
When the rain comes, we reborn, like a new born,
enlarging the noose to a brighter born vision.
Hope you enjoyed it!
